Privacy

Southern New Hampshire Vibe is a small local guide. Here is what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. Last updated October 2026.

Visiting the site

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and listings people find useful. It records things like the pages you view, the kind of device and browser you use, and your approximate area (city or region, not your address). Google Analytics does not store your full IP address. We have turned off Google's advertising features, so this information is not used to show you ads.

To opt out, you can use a browser setting or extension that blocks analytics, or Google's opt-out add-on.

Things your browser remembers

If you pick a town or a distance, your browser saves that choice so the site opens the same way next time. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

If you choose "Use my location," your browser asks your permission first. Your location is used on your device to sort listings by distance. It is not sent to us or saved.

When you email us or use a form

The "Post a listing" and "The Weekend List" forms open your own email app with a message addressed to us. We see whatever you send, including your email address.

• Listings: the event details you send may be published. Your email address is never published. We use it only if we have a question about your listing.
• The Weekend List: we use your address only to send the weekly email. Reply "unsubscribe" at any time and we will remove you.

We do not sell, rent or share email addresses with anyone.

Links to other sites

Listings link to organizers' own pages, and some photos load from Unsplash and Wikimedia Commons. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
